Decaying Substitution. Type: Hoton Ninjutsu Rank: E CP Cost: 3 RP: It looks like a standard substitution, but upon striking them, they clone decays away fast. Some of the decay chakra travels to the attacker, worsening existing decaying effect DF: Substitution. ON success - Deals 1 DMG + 1 DMG for 1 round. On Fail, Deals 1 DMG for 1 Round Special note: On ssuccessful DEF, adds Hoton DMG bonus
Decay Bolt Type: Hoton Ninjutsu Rank: D CP: 3 CP RP: Focuses her chakra into a ball of all three elements then creates a Decay bolt. The corruption quickly spreads over the target area, causing the skin to rot away DF: 1d4 DMG for 2 Rounds.
Twin Necrosis Bolts. Type: Hoton Ninjutsu Rank: C CP: 6 RP: Makes two bolts made out of Decay Jutsu, hardned into coagulative necrosis. The bolts strike hard, but the necrosis would act as fuel to present Decay. DF: 2x ATK Rolls - Each Successful ATK does 1d6 DMG and applies 1 DMG for 2 Rounds. Special Note: If both ATK rolls are used on the same person, DoT becomes 1d4 DMG for 2 Rounds.
Flesh Eating Sphere. Type: Hoton Ninjutsu Rank: C CP: 6 RP: Makes a sphere out of Decay Jutsu that quickly speeds towards the target. The more the target is decaying, the stronger it gets, and when it strikes the flesh decays the skin and flesh rapidly. DF: 2d6 DMG + 1d4 for each current DoT the target has.
Rot. Type: Hoton Ninjutsu Rank: B CP: 7 + 2 Per Target RP: Chikako focuses her chakra to speed up the process of decay on up to 3 targets. The process is sped up several magnitudes, so it seems as if the body instantly rots away. DF: AoE - Up to 3 targets - End's all DoT on the targets and does DMG that the DoT would have ended up doing. DR Applies, Max 20 DMG. (E.G Target has 2 DMG for 6 rounds, they instantly take 12 DMG) Special Note: Can not Crit.

RP Description) The user would take their senbon and coat them in water which would become slightly harder. Doing this, they would throw them at their target and attempt to pierce into them. C Ranks Name) Suiton: Water Puddle Type) Supplementary Rank) C CP Cost) 4 + 1 Per Round Maintained RP Description) It is known that most suiton jutsu require a source. Over the years, suiton users have used the natural water within the ground. Some shinobi developed the water puddle technique that would allow them to strengthen their water jutsu by creating a puddle, from their body, on the battlefield to utilize for their jutsu. PvP Effect) 1d6 Rounds - All Suiton Jutsu gain +1d4 DMG (Offensive Only) and Suiton Jutsu cost -1 CP. Special Note) Can be ended early. Allies and Enemies benefit from this puddle. .: Fuuton :.- :

Name) Fuuton: Gust Type) Ninjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) With a short seal chain, the user would send out a gust of wind directly at their opponent to do minimal damage. PvP Effect) 1d4 DMG
Name) Fuuton: Breezed Block Type) Ninjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user would push it outwards. This would allow the wind around them to push the melee attacker to the side and cause them to miss. PvP Effect) WIS Block VS Melee. Special Note) Can not be used to block B rank and above jutsu.

Name) Fuuton: Tool Assistance Type) Supplementary Rank) D CP Cost) 2 CP per tool thrown RP Description) The user is able to throw their ninja tools and push their chakra into the wind. The wind would surround their tools and allow for easier aiming. PvP Effect) Allows Ninja Tools to be thrown with WIS. No negatives apply when throwing multiple.
Name) Fuuton: Cutting Wind Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) After performing the seals, the user would focus their chakra. Pushing it out quickly, they would force the wind rapidly at their opponent and cut them quite deeply. PvP Effect) 1d6 DMG, 2 DR Pierce.
C-Ranks
Name) Fuuton: Katon Reversal Type) Ninjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) Due to wind;s reaction with fire, those that practice fuuton can gain the upper hand vs katon users. If they are quick enough, the user is able to blow an excessive amount of wind out of their mouth to turn the attackers katon jutsu around and send it straight back at them. PvP Effect) WIS Block +1 VS Fire Jutsu. If Successful, Attacker rolls Jutsu DMG and takes it themselves. Special Note) If Blocking B Rank, +2 CP. If Blocking A Rank, +4 CP. Can not block S Rank.

The fireball would hit their enemy, and leave a little flame on their target slowly burning them. PvP Effect) 1 DMG for 1d4 Rounds Special Note) Target may spend their turn putting fire out to negate DoT.
Name) Katon: Small Fireball Type) Ninjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) The user would form a small chain and then place a single hand to their mouth. Exhaling rapidly, they would send a small fireball flying at their target doing minor damage. PvP Effect) 1d4 DMG

Name) Katon: Fireball Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) Similar to Small Fireball, the user does a seal chain and places their hand to their mouth. This time, they would exhale and send a slightly larger fireball towards their target. On impact, it would do some damage. PvP Effect) 1d8 DMG
Name) Katon: Kindle Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) The user would send two small flames towards their target. The flames would strike their target and then slowly burn them over a littel while. The flames are not to big, but they will take some time to put out. PvP Effect) 1d6 DMG + 1 DMG for 1d4 Rounds Special Note) Target may spend their turn putting fire out to negate DoT.
C Ranks
Name) Katon: Fire Wisps Type) Ninjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 7 RP Description) Similar to fireball, the user would exhale quickly. However, they would send out two small sized fireballs that float like a wisp. The wisps would speed towards their target, and impact separately to make it harder to defend. PvP Effect) 2x ATK Rolls. Each Successful does 1d8 DMG
