Hyūga was once one of the noble clans from, Konoha. During the time of the Chuunin exams their numbers were slaughtered, leaving little living members within the walls of Konoha. The reason behind this is unknown, the motive unclear, but what is clear is that the future of the Hyuga rests on the shoulders of one person. The Hyūga name will not be forgotten though, as they are well known for possessing the Dojutsu the Byakugan. A kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things. A trait of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. Members of this clan also possess the unique ability to expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.
The Hyūga clan are descendants from the Ōtsutsuki clan, specifically from Hamura Ōtsutsuki's lineage. As a result, they are also distant cousins of the Uchiha, Senju, Uzumaki, and Kaguya clans. They are considered to be one of, if not currently, the most powerful clan in Konohagakure. Their fame and prowess stretches far and wide, leading others to both praise and covet their abilities. After recent event, the old ways of the Hyūga changed dramaticall when Masami took the role as the head of the clan. The cursed seal that use to be placed on the foreheads of those considered "Branch" members has been removed from practice.
Within the next few years, the Hyūga clan will have to rebuild and the future of the clan itself, is uncertain. The last living members of the Hyūga clan still reside within their old compound, despite of what happened there. Masami, as the head of the clan, will try and teach the children all that she can about the clan, their history and who they will become. She will try to unlock their Byakugan, if they are able to use it, and when the time comes, reproduce so that they are able to become the great clan they once were.
[Byakugan] (Special Passive) The Byakugan (Literally meaning: All Seeing White Eye) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. It is regarded as one of the "Three Great Dōjutsu", the others being the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.

[Jūken Application] Byakugan must be activated. Free Action) User may choose to have their Rank Taijutsu DMG and DMG Bonus from Byakugan done as CP DMG instead of HP DMG. [Tenketsu Precision] Byakugan must be activated. Free Action 3 CP) User may choose to apply Tenketsu Precision to any of their Taijutsu ATK's. If this is done, the target suffers -10 to their total CP for 1d4 rounds. The -10 is not DMG, nor is it removed from them permanently. It is just locked for a period of time and once the rounds are up, they regain this. If used on the same target, the CP negative can stack to a maximum of 1/3 of the targets total pool. Rounds stack indefinitely. The target may spend their turn to remove the negative by focusing their chakra to repair the tenketsu points, this costs them 3 CP.
[Gentle Fist] Gentle Fist / Jūken is a special taijutsu fighting stlye developed by the Hyūga. Using their Byakugan, they are able to pinpoint exact points on their targets and stab them with their fingertips to shut down and close the chakra points. Gentle fist is the preferred fighting style of the Hyūga and many of them develop their own techniques then shar them between the Hyūga family. Gentle Fist / Jūken - Custom Taijutsu fighting style that can only be used by Hyūga. This allows them to create custom Gentle Fist / Jūken can do CP DMG instead of HP. (Does not grant them any jutsu and does not mean they can convert any jutsu into a gentle fist jutsu.)

[Hyūga Training] (5 AP) The Hyūga are known for their intense training when it comes to Taijutsu. Their training goes so much more in depth then standard taijutsu training, as from a young age they are taught every charka point in the body and how to hit them precisely. Masami's training was a lot more indepth then other Hyuga, as she was trained by the clan head and spent hours training each day. The strength that she possess with Taijutsu is rivaled by few, and each punch from her, regardless if she uses chakra or not, is like being punched by a brick wall. Masami's training has strengthened her body to an athletic build, that has defined her muscles and every portion of her is lacking any excess fat. [Medical Expertise] (6 AP) Masami spent her youth stuck inside rooms learning about the history of the clan. She learnt all about the conflict they had suffered and how the two houses were now separated. As the princess, she wants to bring peace to the clan and pushes herself to stay medical jutsu. She studied so hard that her medical expertise quickly increased and now she spends her days making her clan is healthy. Her knowledge and understanding of Medical Jutsu is large. She is considered one of the best Medical shinobi within Konoha and is rumored to become one of the top medical corp shinobi. She is constantly chosen to perform surgery on numerous patients over jounin medical shinobi due to her expertise chakra control and precision with her hands. Training under the current head of Konoha's Medical Corps, her medical jutsu get stronger by the day. Masami even developed her own style of healing that she calls "Transferable Health" where the part of her patients body that she is healing, she transfers it slowly from her body to theirs. This allows for their healing to be increased, and can heal even the near death back to life instantly. Her own bodies regeneration allows for her to do this on the most deadly of wounds, and thanks to her latest jutsu, she can do it dieing and terminally ill. Passive) Gains Access to Medical. With the aid of her chakra, she has discovered a way to be in a permanent state of meditation, allowing her natural healing and regeneration to be amplified even in the most dangerous of times. This has pushed her body to it's peak, and now her training has hit places that she never thought she would be capable of. [Strength of a Hundred Seal] (20 Tokens - June 4th 2017)

A seal which is reputed to be the pinnacle of chakra control. By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body. The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying the power of their techniques. The seal will permanently remain in the centre of the user's forehead, presumably so that the user can keep on benefiting from its effects. Passive) Activation, or after using Mitotic Regeneration the Hundred Healings, user suffers -5 to their total chakra pool for 5 IRL Days (Totalling in -25 to their total Chakra Pool). For every day after the first five, the user gains +5 CP to their total chakra pool to replace the -25 they suffered. Once they regenerate the -25, they gain +5 Temporary CP for every 2 IRL days that pass, over their maximum CP Pool (Maximum 1/2 their total CP Pool). Special Note) The date the seal is activated must be witnessed by a DM and recorded on the users bio. Special Note) Once the temporary CP is used, it can not be regained (Unless it is all used, in which case it starts regaining without suffering negative CP). It does not benefit from CP Regeneration, CP DR and any jutsu the user uses with temporary CP does not benefit from CP Negatives.

This is useful, as the chakra from the tenketsu can damage anyone that is holding them. PvP Effect) +2 to Break Attempts if Physically Stunned. If being physically held by a target, they take 1d6 DMG.

Doing this, ther chakra would spin with them allowing them to block incoming attacks. The draw back is that it is not able to block any one coming in to physically attack them. Doing so greatly increases range and destructive power. The lion heads drain the chakra network of those they touch. It is an extremely difficult ability to learn, as the slightest mistake in chakra control will lead to failure, meaning it is a feat requiring the Byakugan. PvP Effect) +1d6 DMG to Taijutsu. If the damage dealt is quite large, the user is able to use chakra assessment. This is done by forcing their chakra onto the body and slowly move over their patient. As they move, the chakra would vibrate gently through their body and be able to assess any internal wounds the patient has. Including, but not limited to: Broken Bones, Nerve Damage, Internal Bleeding etc. PvP Effect) Visual Assessment: Reveals total DMG done in last round, doesn't take turn. Chakra Assessment: Reveals total Missing HP over Fight, takes turn. If done out of combat, Chakra Assessment reveals Current HP and Total HP.

Her surgical techniques and chakra control is being taught throughout the hospital. She has developed a way for herself to be able to do something she calls "Perfect Surgery" which if given the time, Masami is able to heal all wounds to her patients and remove any lingering effects they may have. PvP Effect) Can not be used in combat - Heals target to full HP and removes any negatives Special Note) Can be used to bring someone back to life, if not under -20 HP. Using the neuron's she is able to move her chakra and instruct her target to tell the truth on whatever matter she is asking about. This can be done for as long as Masami wishes, as long as she is making contact with the person. PvP Effect) Out of Combat, Target must tell the truth. Can be maintained aslong as Masami is touching the targets head. Masami can also hear the targets thoughts, allowing her to deterime if they are going to try and tell a lie. Special Note) Target can pull head away at anytime, or forcefully remove Masami.
Name) Empathetic Touch Type) Medical Rank) ~ CP Cost) ~ RP Description) Masami has developed a way to ease her patients of suffering and help them onto the after life. With a touch, she is able to use her chakra and pulse it into the temporal lobe of her patient, infected their limbic system. Their emotions would be felt by Masami, and by adjusting her chakra, she is able to change their emotions so that they are able to carry on without a worry or pain. This can also be done on people who are more awake, but they can become aware of it. The normal coloring of her eyes can also change, depending on how much chakra she is having to focus and the emotion she is trying to push onto the target. PvP Effect) Out of Combat, Can numb pain and feel / change peoples emotions. Special Note) If used on someone awake, they may be able to understand that Masami is effecting their emotions.
Name) Medical: Sterility Field Type) Medical Rank) ~ CP Cost) ~ (X in Combat) RP Description) Masami developed this technique to allow her to perform her surgiers wherever she is. Injuries can happen anywhere and no matter the situation, lives need to be saved. By using the Tenketsu in her back, she pushes the chakra outwards and makes a solidified dome around herself, the patient and anyone else that is needed. The area inside the dome would be considered sterile and acceptable to perform surgery, as any bacteria would be removed from it using the initial expansion of chakra to form the Dome. PvP Effect) No PvP effect out of Combat, but creating a sterile field. In combat, User can separate themselves and their Patient, also bystanders (Max 2 others) from combat. User spends 10 CP initially to form the dome, that has 10 HP. The spend extra CP according to what they wsh to do. +5 CP per Bystander. +1 CP per 2 HP added to the dome (Max +40 HP). All those within the dome may not make any Offensive actions (Including buff jutsu etc). Only medical jutsu may be performed within the Dome, including surgical (Even those that say that may not be used in battle). Enemies may ATK the dome directly, and do not need to make an ATK Roll against it. Special Note)The dome can not be critically hit, but any CP DMG done to the dome is automatically x2. Special Note) All those inside are removed from the Initiative order, and if the dome is destroyed, are placed at the end of the order in the sequence they choose. Special Note) For learning purposes, jutsu uses B rank gates but is not considered B rank.
Name) Dojutsu: Optical Seal Type) Medical / Fuuinjutsu Rank) ~ CP Cost) ~ RP Description) With the death of the Hyuga clan and the destruction of many Byakugan, Masami took it upon herself to uphold the way of the Hyuga. Although she has rejoined the families, and rid of the cursed seal, she developed a way to ensure the eyes are always in teh hands of the Hyuga and kept that way. By studying a small portion of Fuuin and by understand the eye so deeply, she has developed a way to place a seal on the back of the eye, on the optical nerve. This seal will only activate under two circumstances. One, the holder of the seal willingly activates the seal to destroy their eyes. Two, the eye is being extracted and the optical nerve is broken. When the seal is broken, the optical nerve and any chance of preserving the dojutsu is destroyed. PvP Effect) The Dojutsu can not be extracted to be implanted into another person and is destroyed in the process, if attempted. Special Note) Only teachable by Masami Hyuga. Special Note) The seal can be removed temporarily by anyone that knows how to use the seal. This allows for the dojutsu to be transferred to another person, but once the optical nerves reattach, the seal is reactivated.

If given the time, they are able to heal broken bones as well. PvP Effect) Heals 1d10+1 HP Special Note) Can fix broken bones if used out of combat.
Name) Medical: Poison Removal Type) Medical Rank) C CP Cost) 6 CP RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user is able to remove a portion of poison from their allies body whilst in combat. If given the time, they can completely remove the poison. PvP Effect) Removes current Damage Over Time caused by poisons B rank and below from their target. Special Note) If used out of combat, HP DMG done by poison is healed as well.

Forcing their chakra into them, they would push their targets cells to replicate at 2x the normal rate, allowing for their natural regeneration to be increased. Able to make a cut on the target without causing infection. It can also be used offensively by highly skilled shinobi, but takes great precision and finesse. The damage done by this jutsu is quite substantial and can only be healed by jutsu of the same rank. This is quite a useful jutsu, as it can change the tide of battle. PvP Effect) Removes any negatives applied to the target by A Rank and below jutsu.
Name) Medical: Limb Reattaching Type) Medical Rank) A CP Cost) ~ RP Description) Surgery jutsu used by medical shinobi to reattached a limb removed by traumatic event. Quite a difficult procedure, but those that are capable shinobi are able to reattach the limb so it functions just as if it was never removed. PvP Effect) Not Useable in Battle - Surgery to reattach any removed limb from their target. (Apart from the head.)

Name) Medical: Resuscitation Type) Medical Rank) S CP Cost) 20 RP Description) Resuscitation is a very advanced medical technique. It is the ability to push their Chakra into a presumed dead or unconscious patient's heart and potentially wake them up. This can be considered to be a dangerous jutsu as if performed wrong, the user could potentially kill the patient forever if there was a chance of them being bought back. PvP Effect) Heals 3d8+2 HP to an unconscious or "Dead" target and awakens them. If the taret was dead, and their HP is not restored to 1/10 of their maximum HP pool, the target is considered permanently dead. Special Note) If used out of combat, the target can be healed from a maximum of -40 HP, if done within 30 IRL minutes of them hitting that HP level. Special Note) Can not be used on conscious targets.
Name) Medical: Perfect Healing Type) Medical Rank) S CP Cost) 20 RP Description) Considered to be the best medical technique. The user focus their chakra and pulses it into their targets body. The chakra would radiate around their target and force any open wounds closed and any bleeding to instantly stop. The chakra would allow the target to be healed for a substantial amount and it can even be used to stop arterial bleeds that would otherwise kill a patient. PvP Effect) Heals 3d10 HP
Name) Mitotic Regeneration Type) Supplementary Rank) S CP Cost) X (Damage Dictates) RP Description) By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in the users forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. PvP Effect) User heals all DMG taken within the last 3 rounds, on themselves. CP Spent is equal to 1 CP per 3 HP healed (Rounded Down). Special Note) Does not benefit from CP negatives or Healing bonuses. Must not be suffering from -CP from Strength of a Hundred Seals and must have at least +20 CP from the seal.
Name) Mitotic Regeneration the Hundred Healings Type) Forbidden Rank) S CP Cost) 15 + 3 Per Round + X (Damage Dictates) RP Description) While very similar in nature to its parent technique, which also regenerates the user's wounds via accelerated cell division, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even the wounds that resulted from being impaled or hit with an s rank jutsu are healed in mere moments after the blades. PvP Effect) While active, user heals any DMG they take instantly and spend CP according to how much DMG they take. The CP spent is equal to 1 CP per 4 HP DMG Taken (Rounded Down). Whilst this jutsu is active, user can not be killed and can even be healed from negative HP. This can be ended early, but if ended early, still suffers for special note negative. Special Note) Once used, Strength of a Hundred Seal activates. Damage Healing does not benefit from CP negatives or healing bonuses. If the user still has temporary CP from Strength of a Hundred Seal, it is lost instantly. Special Note) User may transfer this jutsu to an ally with physical contact. If this is done, Target is healed for all their missing HP at the same cost as the user.

Name) Fuuinjutsu: Cloak Seal Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) A technique created by the first hokage to ensure that all chuunin and above are able to control their jinchuriki if they get out of control. The user would close the gap between them and a cloaked jinchuriki, placing their hand to their chest. Pulsing their chakra, they would force the beast back into the jinchuriki's body and seal them away for a short duration. The reverse of this allows the user to actually force the use of the cloak and should only be used in dire situations. The hokage sent a copy of this jutsu, on a scroll, to the other four villages as a precatuon to ensure they too are kept safe. PvP Effect - Seal) DEX - Removes a Jinchuriki's cloak form, and stops the use of it for 1d4 rounds. PvP Effect - Unseal) DEX - Forces the Jinchuriki to go into cloak form. Special Note) No ATK Roll is needed if the intended target complies and allows the user to seal it or is unable to stop them. Special Note) Can be taught to anyone Chuunin rank and above, even without Fuuinjutsu ability unlocked.

This jutsu is a slightly lesser version of the proper concentration and only allows them to focus their chakra for a specific type of jutsu they will be performing.
