Short Overview:
In the earlier days of the forming shinobi world, many states banded together to create new nations. The Snow country was one of the last to forge themselves into a civilized nation, being a land of mainly tribes and clans skirting the outer coast of the northern isles. In times prior to the Snow country's union, many nations sent willing families of their villages to settle and pioneer the unclaimed forests of the continent, to the native population's digression. When Snow country eventually joined together hostilities initially ensured, but eventually peace was permitted. For over a century, the Snow country and the various northern colonies lived in peace- until a great invasion took place, which caused many refugees to flee the colonies and return to their native countries. Yumagura, the Fire nation's northern village, was the last to fall apart.
Akirah was born to Guri and Tora Inuzuka, one of two Inuzuka families in the village. Life, at the time, was difficult. harsh, unforgivable winters made survival an everyday challenge. Unlike most traditional families in the village, the Inuzuka families trained as shinobi, taking on the role as the village's protector. While following the Inuzuka tradition, Akirah was given an unusual partner. When Akirah was 6 the last female Bloodhound passed away from the Inuzuka families. Prepared to be the first Inuzuka without a canine companion, Akirah returned one night with a sleeping cub- a Northern Wolf, fur as white as snow, eyes red as blood. Lost from her pack, the hound somehow wandered into the village on his own accord. The bond between Akirah and Okami (As she began to call him) was not immediate, but definite. The attitude of the hot-blooded wolf strongly reflected the will of Akirah's own, making them the perfect match.
Unfortunately, peace was a fleeting concept in a land that only wanted the colony dead. Eventually fights began breaking out between the village and the natives of Snow country. Raids began to happen daily, every other night another grave was dug into the ground, and every day the colonists missed home more and more. In one red October night, fires began appearing throughout the village, and an attack of a larger caliber seemed evident. Taking her daughter and fleeing, Akirah's mother rushed her to the docks where a single boat remained. With sounds of violence and fighting clamoring the night atmosphere, she departed her home, her village, with one last word message from her mother.
"Find Konohagakure... Find the Hokage... Tell him to send help. I love you."

The Inuzuka clan are a family of shinobi from Konohagakure, known for their use of Ninken as their companions they are Taijutsu experts as well as capable trackers with their Ninkens heightened senses. They are easily identified by the distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks. They often have a near feral appearance but are usually friendly enough to others in the village and even ones from allied villages. The clans fighting style primarily revolves around their training they receive to fight as if they were an animal themselves thus making their fighting style perfect for combinations with their companion.
[Ninken Companion] (5 AP) An Inuzuka’s best friend is their canine companion, the Ninken with heightened senses and abilities making them the perfect companions the Ninken vary in color and looks like any other dog. The Ninken and the Inuzuka form a special bond from the day the two meet and they become almost like siblings knowing each others habits and combat preference. [Fight Fang and Paw] (2 AP) The Inuzuka are experts with Taijutsu and fighting with the ferocity of an animal, this makes their hits more dangerous easily making them capable of breaking someones bones. Not only that but their animalistic style is one that takes as much training as it does pure instinct. [Feral Instinct] (1 AP) If there’s any clan that knows what it’s like to be like a feral and mindless beast it’s the Inuzuka, upon having their mind invaded to be immobilized their training leads them to go into a near feral like rage thus rendering the mental attack moot. The down side is this exhausts the Inuzuka if they exert too much energy to keep the mental attack from affecting them. Frost country is known across the globe to be mostly an inhabitable wasteland, void of most life found in the mainlands. To survive in such conditions, one must have a natural instinct of surviving in desolate life. One of a few types of creatures to not only survive, but thrive in the natural wasteland is the great wolf clans of the northern tundras. The frost wolves, as they're known by the local population, is revered as one of humanity's remaining natural predators. By utilizing intense pack hunting methods, tracking their prey for miles before finally flanking and surrounding them, the frost wolves have built a feared reputation among the northern colonies. It's to everyone's surprise, then, that one of the village's youngest warrior, Akirah, was not only able to befriend the young cub, but train one.
As a youngling, Akirah would often sneak away from her daily duties to play in the forests. One night, making her way to her preferred training grove, Akirah came across a trail of blood leading into a nearby clearing. Tracking the blood, the Inuzuka-blood relative stumbled upon a dead white wolf, an arrow hilting itself in the pack mother's hide. Hesitantly approaching the beast, easily several times her size, she looked across the wound and prepared to leave the fatally wounded beast to it's fate within the forest. It's at this moment that a small whine could be heard near the beast's head. Inspecting, Akirah found a small ball of fur to be a cub, no larger than her forearm, laying and crying atop the mother's head. Taking the Cub under her coat, Akirah snuck the wolf back into the village.
Every night after dark, Akirah would enter the attic of her house where she kept Okami, as she named him, feeding him and playing with him every night. Eventually, as the beast grew larger, they began training together. The villagers initially feared the wolf, but eventually Okami showed the villages his potential in combat, protecting the village several times from bandits and other attackers. Okami quickly picked up his skills in combat from his linage, skills which he eventually passed to Akirah. They trained together in their own unique tactics. In most situations, Okami taught Akirah, as his natural instincts far exceeded Akirah's combat capabilities.
[Frost Wolf Alpha] (4 AP) In terms of combat, the frost wolves are dangerous on two conditions: Sheer, raw hunting ability, and overwhelmingly aggression. When the Inuzuka and her hound are in combat, they control the battlefeild in the most aggressive manner. By coordinating their attacks, the two ensure that they always have the upper hand against each opponent, easily bouncing them between their attacks in effort to control the momentum of the battlefield. In terms of physical abilities, the frost wolves have a natural ability to shift chakra around in their bodies, quickly aquiring extra power to their muscles when necessary, a skill that was Okami's final present in acceptance of Akirah's mentorship.

Inuzuka, Okami ~ 10 I'm responsible for him just as much as he's responsible for me. Without him, I'd be lost and powerless. I rely on him for my strength, but I also feel accountable for every injury he takes. He's my best friend- so I hate to put him in harms way- but he's also my teammate, so it becomes necessary. The only option is to keep getting stronger so that we both protect each other from whatever the world throws at us.
Soushou, Hanaki ~ 8 The world hasn't been kind to Hana, even though she's the last person to deserve it. I love her, and will stop at nothing to protect her from the world... and herself.
Uchiha, Noboru ~ 6 Nobo is an odd, but humorous person. Part of me sees it as a facade, curious if there's more to him than his words lead to believe. Either way, Noboru is always full of suprises. While his additude is laissez faire, he is capable of making smart tactical decisions. Every time we talk I feel like the possibility of a "Hokage Noboru" becomes more realistic.
Kagutsuchi, Yamarou ~ 4 Good-hearted but a hopeless romantic. In trying to spend time to get to know Yamarou I somehow managed to convince him we were on a date. He brought along a fantastic home-brewed sake from his parents- which apparently cost several million Ryo, and thus cost him his room with his parents. I can't vouch for his intelligence, but his heart is determined in a way I envy.
Uchiha, Yuki ~ 4 Yuki is easily one of my strongest Shinobi friends, however her skill is hampered by her rebellious attitude towards orders she doesn't agree with. If she could overcome her difficulty to work with I honestly believe she'd give be a strong competitor to Noboru on the road to Hokage.
Inuzuka, Kiki ~ 3 Family is family, even when it's distant. Kiki is one of the few members of the clan that have come around to okami and I. I'm happy to consider her a little sister.

While difficult, most Inuzuka develop a natural understanding of their Ninken's actions and attitude. However when more specific communication is required, the most valuable tool to an Inuzuka is the Mental Link scroll. This scroll, paired with the technique to activate it, allows the Inuzuka and any others to enter the mind of the Ninken in order to communicate. In a show of this, she is able to bounce a strike between herself and her hound immediately in succession, landing multiple strikes within a few seconds. Name) Fukkon No Jutsu (Blood Mark) Type) Taijutsu/Hijutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) The Inuzuka are renowned for their expertise as tracking shinobi, sporting noses that are capable of locking on to a target scent during a pursuit or fight in order to focus in on the target's movements and location. In order to track a target perfectly the Inuzuka uses the strongest scent in her arsenal- her own blood. Using their blood as a "Mark" on the target, the Inuzuka is able to pinpoint their own scent- which stands out over all others- to better find a target. PvP Effect) +2 VS Block; User gains +1 Taijutsu ATK/DEF, +5 Perception, and +5 Tracking against the opponent for 1d4+1 Rounds rounds.

IF they launch a taijutsu attack onto them, the user is able to quickly turn the attack around on them and inflict minor damage. Name) Taijutsu: Preperation Type) Taijutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 4 RP Description) Preparing ones self for an attack is just as important as the attack itself. Developed to encourage taijutsu users to prepare before just dashing in, the chakra focus would allow for a more inflicted and precise attack. PvP Effect) Adds +1 to next Taijutsu ATK and +1d6 DMG Special Note) Can spend 2 rounds focus to double the PvP Effect.
Name) Taijutsu: Cross Bar Type) Taijutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 4 RP Description) With chakra infused into their arms the user would cross them infront of themselves into an x formation. The chakra, aswell as the strength of their body, the user would be able to block most attacks coming their way. PvP Effect) DEX vs ATK to block Special Note) If Block B Rank, +1 CP.
