[Swift Release] (Special Passive) Jinsoku train from a very young age and by the time they are allowed to enter, what is now the Academy, they are said to be some of the fastest shinobi. Their speed is rivaled only by their swordsmanship as they are trained to use most weapons by a young age and are even trained to take the hits from these weapons. Their bodies have adapted to blades, blunts and even points so that they can fight for longer. This is considered the hardest academy technique as it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. PvP Effect) +5 Deception Roll Special Note) Can not be used in Combat. User can not Attack while using henge without breaking their henge.
Name) Wall Walking Type) Academy Jutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 1 CP Per round maintained RP Description) The user would coat their feet / shoes in a thin layer of chakra that allows them to scale surfaces. This jutsu is required by all shinobi as it is considered an essential tool for combat. PvP Effect) Allows user to walk on Walls / Vertical surfaces Special Note) If agreed at the start of combat or by DM, CP Cost is not needed to be paid.
Name) Water Walking Type) Academy Jutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 1 CP Per round maintained RP Description) Similar to Wall Walking, the user would coat their feet / shoes with thin chakra. Instead of sticking, they become buoyant and are able to stand on water surfaces or surfaces they would normally sink into. Considered an essential tool for combat. PvP Effect) Allows user to walk on Water / Sinking Surfaces. Special Note) Must know Wall Walking before learning. Name) Raiton: Stun Gun Type) Ninjutsu / Taijutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) The user would coat their fist in electricity. The difference between this electricity and normal is that the voltage is not high enough to damage, but enough to temporarily stun. The user can either shoot it at the target, or dash and punch them with it. PvP Effect) 1d4 Round Stun. DEX/STR/CON to break if caught. DMG breaks stun.

As they do this, everyone that gets to close to them would be shocked. PvP Effect) 1d4 Rounds, Melee Attackers take 1d4 DMG on Hit or Miss.

This is done instantly before doing another attack and amplifies the damage done right before they would hit their opponent. PvP Effect) Free Action) Must be used before a Bokijutsu - Adds +1d6+1 DMG to the ATK
Name) Raiton: Mini Bolt Type) Ninjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 7 RP Description) With a quick flick of their wrist, the user would be able to form a small bolt of lightning in their hand. AS their hand extends towards their opponent, the bolt would fly at their target and shock them. PvP Effect) 2d6+1 DMG

Name) Raiton: Static Field Type) Supplementary Rank) B CP Cost) 3 + 1 per round maitained RP Description) Developed by medical shinobi to protect themselves and those around them in battle. Utilizing the static field of the atmopsher around the user and their allies to damage anyone that comes near them. PvP Effect) 2d4 Rounds. Melee ATK's made by User and Allies do an additional 1d8 DMG. If User or Allies Block/Dodge Melee, Attacker takes 1d8 DMG on hit or miss.

Name) Fuuton: Tool Assistance Type) Supplementary Rank) D CP Cost) 2 CP per tool thrown RP Description) The user is able to throw their ninja tools and push their chakra into the wind. The wind would surround their tools and allow for easier aiming. PvP Effect) Allows Ninja Tools to be thrown with WIS. No negatives apply when throwing multiple.

Name) Fuuton: Quiet Step Type) Supplementary Rank) C CP Cost) 5 RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user is able to naturalize the wind around themselves and allies, giving them an upper hand if they wish to hide. Name) Bokijutsu: Focused Strike Type) Bokijutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 3 RP Description) Focusing their chakra onto their weapon once more, the user would be aiming to do more of an impact with their next strike. Focusing on a specific spot. This jutsu is usually use consecutive times to do more Damage. PvP Effect) Rank Ken DMG + 1d4 Special Note) If used consecutively on the same target, each strike after the first gains an additional + 1d4. Stacks up to a maximum of Rank Ken DMG + 3d4.

Name) Bokijutsu: Counter Strike Type) Bokijutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 5 RP Description) The user is able to anticipate the incoming Melee attack. The would get themselves in position, and move out of the way isntantly, meanwhile their weapon would strike the opponent doing minor damage. PvP Effect) STR/DEX DEF vs Melee Attacks - If Successful, Attacker takes Rank Ken DMG + 1d4
Name) Bokijutsu: Double Strike Type) Bokijutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) With a quick movement, the user would dash at their opponent. They would hit their opponent two times within a second, doing a decent amount of damage. PvP Effect) Rank Ken DMG + 1d6+1
Name) Bokijutsu: Disarm Type) Bokijutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 5 RP Description) Aiming specifically for their hands, the user would focus on where their target is holding their own weapon. With a quick attack, they would attempt to disarm their target momentarily. PvP Effect) Rank Ken DMG + 1d4, Target is temporarily disarmed and may not use Bokijutsu for their next ATK or DEF between being disarmed and their turn. After their turn, they may ATK/DEF freely with Bokijutsu.

This jutsu is a slightly lesser version of the proper concentration and only allows them to focus their chakra for a specific type of jutsu they will be performing.
